What's the definition of insanity, again? Ask this guy.

David Moss was arrested 14 times for drug possession and never offered treatment. He finally got clean on his own. How much taxpayer money got wasted arresting this guy instead of helping him fix the problem? Can California afford to keep spending so much on criminal justice while getting so little in return?

California may not be getting anything but more people to incarcerated, but the people and private industries are getting filthy rich on the money made from inmates.. Commissary, phone calls, restitutions are all inflated and no one wins except the under-skilled employees/officers, counselors, case managers, wardens who get jobs in these prisons. No one will step up and say “enough”!! When will our country wake up?? Rehab not prison unless someone is a danger to society.. or has committed a violent act..
